All Sessions are 8 weeks of classes. Sessions 3 and 6 are longer to accommodate for vacation time, however, classes are priced for 8 weeks. Sessions are as follows:
Session1: Jul 28-Sept 20 (8 weeks)
Session 2: Sept 22-Nov 15 (8 weeks)
Session 3: Nov 17-Jan 31 (11 weeks)
Session 4: Feb 2-Mar 28 (8 weeks)
Session 5: Mar 30-May 23 (8 weeks)
Session 6: May 25-Jul 25 (9 weeks)
New Students can start at any time during a session. Remaining classes will be pro-rated.
Tuition invoices will be mailed week 5 of each session for the next session and the last week of the month for the next month. We would like to ask our families to please pay their tuition by the due date on the invoice. Also, if your child(ren) will not be attending the next session or month, please contact the front office immediately after receiving your invoice. This will allow us to remove your child from the class and free up space for our waitlisted students.
Referral Policy/ Bring a Friend
Omega management would like to thank all families who refer our gyn to friends and families. Our business could not grow and be so successful without all our members.
August is "Bring a Friend" to class month. Call and reserve a spot for your friend today!!
Omega would like to offer a "referral" discount to any family who refers our gym. The discount will be $10 off you next billing cycle when a new family enrolls their child(ren). Make sure you tell the family to let the front desk know that you sent them!
Make-up and Vacation Policy
Make-up classes: will only be scheduled due to illness or family emergencies. All make-up classes need to be scheduled with the front desk.
Vacation: If you will miss two or more classes in a session/month, please notify the front desk at the time of billing, and your child's tuition will be adjusted accordingly. This must be done in advance of a session/month. We will not prorate accounts after vacation has been taken.
